Comprehensive Hormone & Stress Response Test
The DUTCH Plus® (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) provides a complete evaluation of sex hormones, adrenal hormones, and their metabolites, offering detailed insight into how your body produces, metabolizes, and balances hormones.
In addition, this test measures the Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR)—a key biomarker that reflects how your body adapts to daily stress and the function of the HPA Axis (hypothalamus–pituitary–adrenal system).
The DUTCH Plus® uses four dried urine samples and five saliva samples collected throughout the day, from waking to bedtime, giving a clear picture of hormonal rhythm and metabolic balance.
